The Rasoda has been our passion project, arising from our deepest desire to provide authentic
vegetarian North Indian food in Goa. Conceptualizing the restaurant was not an easy feat, but our
hard work and dedication were rewarded in 2018 when we opened our first restaurant and mithai shop
in Old Goa.
The Rasoda is located in Old Goa, which is a short drive away from Panjim. The
restaurant is spread over two floors. The ground floor is adorned with a comfortable and
contemporary seating area, while the top floor abides by the traditional Rajasthani furniture and
decor. We serve 100% pure and qualitative food made with the same love and ingredients as a homemade
meal. Experience a traditional yet contemporary dining experience at The Rasoda.
The air in the restaurant is filled with the unique smell of Ghar Ka Khana that transports us to our days living in Rajasthan being fed by our Dadi/ Nani. We do our best to imbibe the same feeling and quality in our food and restaurant so that our customers may enjoy the same, reliving their best childhood memories and filling the restaurant with sounds of laughter and pure joy.
Here at The Rasoda, we have no qualms about you eating with your hands. In fact, our must-try Maharaja Thali calls for some finger-licking! The thali serves a group of 4 people and consists of an authentic North Indian experience, with dishes like Chaas, Dhokla, authentic Rajasthani and Punjabi delicacies and so much more. We also have the option for takeaway and home delivery because truly, good food can be enjoyed anywhere.

The Rasoda in Panjim does not have a dine-in option. However, our quality and authenticity of food have remained the same, if not better. We provide a live chaat counter, takeaway mithai, snacks and mini-meals. You can also choose to gift a loved one with our variety of mithai hampers and gift boxes. Our snack boxes, with our spicy and namkeen snacks, are a must-try, especially after indulging yourself in our mithai!
